Florence Wambugu is the Chief Executive Officer. Over the last 10 years, Dr. Wambugu has successfully provided leadership in public/private partnership and scientific consortiums for implementation of various major projects.

Michael Njuguna is the Finance and Business Development Director. He previously worked as the Program Administrator for ISAAA AfriCenter. He has over 17 years experience in business development and financial management having worked for education, consultancy training and charitable non-profit organizations.

James Onsando is the Technical Director.  He previously worked at Unilever Tea and Lipton Tea Supply, subsidiaries of Univlever International, where he headed the Agricultural Research Program and the Unilever Global Tea Sustainability Program. He has over 25 years experience in Plant Pathology having worked for both Kenya Agriculture Research Institute and the Tea Research Foundation of Kenya where he pioneered plant pathology in the tea and horticulture industry.

 
Daniel Kamanga is the Communications Director.  He was the Director of Business Development at World Steam, a subsidiary of Econet Wireless International, based in South Africa. He has also worked for Liberty Life, a financial services company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He has over 20 years experience in communication.
